With an average IMDb score of 6.1 from over 36 horror movies released in 2010 you could say it was actually a pretty good year for horror movies. Sure there were some duds (Demonic Toys: Personal Demons, Klown Kamp Massacre), but we also got some real gems like Confessions (2010) and Tucker and Dale vs. Evil (2010) to name just a few.
