With an average IMDb score of 6.7 from over 9 horror movies released in 1959 you could say it was actually a pretty good year for horror movies. Sure there were some duds (The Bat, The Man Who Could Cheat Death), but we also got some real gems like The Ghost of Yotsuya (1959) and The Hound of the Baskervilles (1959) to name just a few. As horror fans we've come to expect a wide ranging degree of quality from our vice but in 1959 we did pretty good.So grab some snacks and a drink (and maybe something to hide behind) and check out reviews, ratings and trailers for the 1959 - Top 10 Horror Movies ranked by Rotten Tomatoes.
