Circus of Horrors

By Joe Marblez |

Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to a night of horror, thrills, and kills! We present to you tonight a three ring circus that will shock and amuse! Come one, come all, and witness a hair raising show of horrors that you won’t soon forget.

The Funhouse (1981)

In our first ring we present The Funhouse, a spine-tingling tale of four teens who decide to spend the night in a carnival’s funhouse. Unfortunately, their romantic evening is interrupted by the carnies, who are hiding a few secrets of their own! This slasher from the late Tobe Hooper will surely get your heart pumping, so strap in for a night of fright.

House of 1000 Corpses (2003)

Step over to our second ring, House of 1000 Corpses. Rock icon Rob Zombie’s first foray into film is still widely considered one of his best. This stylistic and gory romp through the backwoods of Texas sends two couples in search of offbeat roadside attractions to their brutal doom. House of 1000 Corpses is a wild and distressing ride that launched Zombie’s controversial film career. It is sure to leave you salivating for more!

Killer Klowns from Outer Space (1988)

We end our circus presentation with our third ring, Killer Klowns from Outer Space. This cult classic headlines our carnival of fear. The town of Crescent Cove was not prepared to be visited by a circus of aliens armed to the teeth with popcorn guns and cotton candy cocoons. The Chiodo brothers horror comedy delivers on everything it’s title promises. Killer Klowns from Outer Space is the cherry on top of a carnival themed, horror night of fright!

That, my friends, is the end of our circus of horrors. We really do hope you enjoyed your show. We here at HorrorRated are not responsible for any loss of nerve or appetites. Be sure to check out, share, and like our other Halloween playlists, too!

Have a spooky Halloween!
